Helping You Create Meaningful Change

 Trauma-Informed Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration ~ Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy

MEET MICHÈLE

A therapist, a learner… a listener.

The psychotherapeutic relationship is the healing lab that allows a reparative process to take place.

Together, in a nonjudgmental space of safety and curiosity, we will process and treat old trauma, and work to reconnect you with what matters most in your life, the people you love, and your sense of self.

The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

— Carl Jung

My Approach

With over 25 years of clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and rooted in a deep respect for each client's unique lived experience, the core of my approach is evidence-based and collaborative.

I am committed to providing an inclusive and affirming space where you feel valued, respected, and understood.

I embrace and celebrate diversity in all its forms — including race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, and beyond.

So whether you are seeking support for trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, or are simply feeling stuck and unfulfilled in your everyday life…

I am here to help.

Working together, we’ll identify the most effective evidence-based strategies and techniques to help you navigate your challenges, achieve your goals, and ultimately live a more satisfying and meaningful life.

I am committed to helping you unlock that potential.

  • Together, we will work to identify the specific challenges you are facing and develop a personalized treatment plan uniquely tailored to your personal needs and goals. My primary orientation is psychodynamic, in conjunction with a variety of evidence-based techniques/approaches, to best help you make meaningful progress toward your goals.

These processes include: EMDR, IFS, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness-based Therapy.

We will focus on building your strengths, developing coping skills, and increasing your overall resilience.

The core of my approach? Therapy should be a welcoming and affirming space where you feel completely comfortable being yourself as you discuss your concerns openly and honestly. Throughout this process, I'll be there to support you every step of the way as you achieve your goals.

02

  • When you work with me, you can expect a safe and non-judgmental space to talk about your experiences, feelings, and concerns.

Our work will begin with a thorough assessment of your current mental and emotional state, as well as any past experiences you've had with psychedelics. From there, we will work together to develop a harm reduction plan that is specific to your needs and goals.

Harm reduction strategies may include education about safe use of psychedelics, guidance on preparing for and integrating psychedelic experiences, and support for managing any challenging emotions or experiences that may arise during or after the experience.

Integration services are designed to help you make sense of your psychedelic experiences and integrate them into your everyday life. This may involve exploring the insights and lessons that emerged during the experience, identifying ways to apply these insights to your life, and developing new habits and practices that support your overall well-being.

All of our sessions will be conducted in a safe and confidential environment, and I will always prioritize your physical and emotional well-being above all else.

My goal is to help you feel empowered and supported as you navigate the often complex and profound world of psychedelics. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation to learn more about how my services can help you.

(Disclaimer: I do not promote the use of illegal substances, nor do I provide or have access them.)

  • As a part of my psychotherapy services, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), which is a unique and innovative approach to therapy that has shown promising results in treating a variety of mental health conditions.

During KAP, we will combine the use of ketamine, a dissociative anesthetic that has been shown to have rapid antidepressant effects, with traditional psychotherapy techniques. This combination can help to deepen your therapeutic experience and allow you to access emotions and thoughts that may be difficult to access through talk therapy alone.

A comprehensive psychiatric assessment, backed by the professional expertise of my psychiatric medical partner, Journey Clinical, will be conducted. You can rest assured that you will receive the necessary medication through Journey Clinical as well.

Once you have received your medication and completed the preparatory psychotherapeutic sessions with me, we will proceed to the ketamine-assisted psychotherapy session.

    Please inquire for more details.

“Inviting our thoughts and feelings into awareness allows us to learn from them, rather than be driven by them.”
